Ladies Lunch Registration

To process your Registration for Ladies Lunch on June 16th, please complete the below form and click submit at the bottom. Please ensure all information is accurate. A form submission is required for each individual attendee. If an attendee does not submit a form, they will not receive a delivery.

NOTE: The address you provide below will be where your Gourmet Lunch and/or Book will be sent.

GTA Lunch Deliver Municipalities: Halton, Peel, York, City of Toronto & Durham.

The email address you provide will also be the email you will use for the Zoom Link.

If you are a Guest of another company, please be sure to identify your company along with the secondary field titled Guest Of – Company Name:

Deliveries will be made starting June 15th through to June 16th.
